10 eggs from Sequatchie Cove Farm
1 1/4 cup of cream from Orchard House Creamery
1 lb sautéed hot breakfast sausage from Dayspring Farm & Pig Mountain
Sautéed veggies like spinach, onions, bell peppers which are bountiful from several vendors
Salt and pepper to taste
First, cook any veggies, meat or fixings that you plan to add to the quiche.
In a large bowl beat the 10 eggs and add your cream and salt and pepper.
Oil a casserole dish.
Add your cooked fixings to the beaten egg mixture and pour the whole thing in the greased casserole dish.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
