We are back and so egg-cited to bring the few dozen we have to market to celebrate Falltoberfest! Since the girls have not been producing, my booth will be abundant in pickled and canned yumminess made from my fellow Main St. Farmers produce!

We will be there with all regular produce and breads and for this special event, we're planning on bringing tamales and squash soup for sale!
This Fall we will be at the market on the first and third Wednesdays of each month with frozen chicken. Our chicken is raised outdoors on pasture and moved twice daily to unsoiled ground. They are fed certified organic grains and drink spring water. We process them by hand at our on-farm butcher shop. Not doped up and delicious!

Our green salad onions are looking good and ready to harvest, come and get some and make the perfect salad. This week we will also be adding some other new greens, to all you who love to juice or just eat leafy greens come and get some freshly picked broccoli & collard greens. Super healthy stuff!!!
