Their story began in 2019, when Brent’s world travels inspired him to trade mowing grass for growing purpose. Meanwhile, Hannah had been diving deep into dairy sheep and cheesemaking - a perfect match for turning productive land into something truly delicious. Together, they started a creamery that’s as intentional as it is flavorful. “Sheep’s milk is thick, creamy, and makes amazing cheese,” Hannah says. “Once the sheep are comfortable, they’re a pleasure to work with - peaceful to watch, too.” Their cheeses are all hard styles right now, but don’t let that fool you - there’s plenty of personality in every bite. Chamberlain’s Choice: A cheddar-style cheese with onion, chive, and garlic woven through every slice. Don Quixote Queso: Their sharp, manchego-style masterpiece - perfect for snacking or shredding over pasta. Spice of Life: A mild, Tomme Style cheese with a light, peppery bite.
