Niedlov’s Bakery and Cafe is a local bakery in the southside of Chattanooga that specializes in naturally leavened breads and quality pastries. We strive to focus on the craft of bread-making and work on building a community around that passion. We hope to bring darker, longer-fermented sourdough breads to this southern city and create excitement around a great baguette or a deliciously delicate croissant.
