New Wave Coffee
Hot coffee and bags
Hello, friends!
If you haven’t already heard, Brendan at Belle Chocolates has partnered with me to help ensure coffee is available at the market more consistently. My bags of coffee and drip are now available to purchase at his booth, but the money still goes to us. He is operating as an employee of New Wave, while also selling his own amazing chocolates and desserts. This is very helpful to us, and what is better than the combination of coffee and chocolate?
If there’s anything you’d like to pre-order for market pickup, you can now place orders on our website and leave a note requesting market pickup. Leave a note, select “pick up,” and disregard the listed address. I will sort it out for you. Also, any special requests or wholesale coffee needs? Shoot me an email here, and I can send bulk coffee or other special items with Brendan for the next market:
Our website: www.newwave-chatt.com
New coffees to try:
Peru Al Palto Washed. Tastes like: milk chocolate, peanut butter, raspberry, caramel.

THANK YOU to all who supported us this past year. It was a difficult one, with market manipulation by multinational corporations, day traders, and the addition of tariffs. We grew in volume 6%, but were on track to grow 30% prior to these changes in the landscape. In order to keep ethical coffee accessible to as many people as possible, we had to give up about a third of our profit margins. We did not compromise our ethics. 60% of the coffee we sold (about 20,000 lbs out of roughly 35,000) was 100% traceable and direct trade, from a farm operation we have a historic relationship with. There’s more, but I’ll leave it at that for now.
Niedlov’s Bakery and Cafe
Were so happy to be attending weekly! We will be bringing a variety of artisan breads like sliced sourdough, sourdough english muffins, and loaves like Cheddar Pepper, Rosemary Garlic, and our newest addition– the 100% Einkorn loaf. Don’t forget the pastries :)– sweet or savory croissants, danishes that change seasonally, our monkey bread, and ask to see if there are any special, limited-edition treats.
