Artisan Milling Company stone grinds corn and other gluten-free grains into grits, polenta, cornmeal. We mill fresh to order, featuring non-GMO corn grown on our (and other) area family farms. With over 20 years’ milling experience, Artisan produces the best grits. Ever.

Brad Swancy leads Artisan Milling and also serves as head miller after 20 years honing his craft milling corn at Riverview Farms in nearby Ranger, Georgia. With help from a USDA value-added producer grant, the milling operation recently upgraded facilities and processing equipment. Brad is excited about the results, noting he’s producing “prettier grits now, certainly prettier polenta.”
