Canning 301: Veg Stock

Want to get some hands-on experience, using tricks of the trade with pressure canning?
Then you don’t want to miss this pressure canning class, in our farm kitchen, with canning master, Jessie, from Feathers & Fruit!
You must be knowledgeable in water bath canning before taking this class as we will not go over any basics, solely pressure canning techniques since pressure canning takes longer.
By the end of the class, you will walk away with the confidence to can your own savory, low acidic items!
Feel free to BYOB and snacks!
$40/per person gets you 3 hours of education and a quart of your own flavorful farm fresh veggie stock!
