Whole Radish Slaw
Using a mandoline with an attachment, a food processor, or a sharp knife and a steady hand, slice the radish bulbs into a fine julienne. Slice the radish tops very finely.
Combine the julienned radish bulbs, radish tops and the sauce. Taste for seasoning (depending on the size of your radishes, you may want to add more dressing). Sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds if desired.
